Aniegre (Aningeria spp.)

Color: Heartwood is yellowish-white to pale brown, sometimes with a pinkish tint.

Characteristics: The grain is usually straight but sometimes wavy. Lustrous in appearance and has a medium to fine texture.

Properties: The screwing, gluing, nailing and staining properties are good.

Uses: A beautiful import that has been used long before its regular use here in America. This wood is commonly used in furniture, cabinetry and high-end millwork.
